Yorke At The Beach
Our Yorke at the Beach project was a completely design and furnishing of a historic Victorian home in Cape May, NJ.
This project explored the design intersection of two very different styles- finding the marriage of a historic victorian home in a beach town. We kept the original woodwork and floors, accented by deep blues, modern wallpaper, natural materials like burl and rattan and the addition of an attic bunk room with custom built-in beds and unforgettable design elements.

All Seasons River Inn
The All Seasons River Inn is a newly reimagined seven-room boutique inn on the Wenatchee River, the second most visited tourism destination in the state.
The classic 1990s inn was transformed into a modern alpine retreat rooted in warmth, texture, and connection to place. Each room kept its original unique architecture, but the new design carries with it an undeniable thread: mountain chalet meets earthy modern- created with limewashed walls, custom wallpaper, earth tone hues and striking art. It’s elevated and fresh, speaking to a young generation of travelers that chooses both the destination and the accommodations with equal importance.

Cornerstone Cottage, Acadia Maine
Where the rocky ocean shorelines of New England live up to their name, the Cornerstone Cottage sits in quintessential "vacationland" in Maine. This cottage, originally part of a hotel and moved, doesn't shy away from its old age but rather embraces it. Lighthouse Home & Design had the privilege of designing the four bedrooms upstairs, where each one has a personality of its own and is centered around the hundreds of guests each year who make lifelong memories between its walls.
The GLEN
The GLEN exemplifies refined transformation, where classic Colonial architecture meets contemporary living through thoughtfully curated details and rich materials. The design of the full-home renovation and addition marries traditional elements - like detailed millwork and graceful arches - with modern touches, including a color-drenched living room, a bold dining space with a soft sitting room & timeless kitchen design.

The Lighthouse Cottage
The Lighthouse Cottage is a century-old beach cottage in Cape May Point, NJ, personally restored, renovated and designed by the owners (us! surprise!). Our goal was to keep the charm and history of the 1920s cottage while updating it for a modern lifestyle.

Victorian on Euclid
The Victorian on Euclid project included a large addition with a new primary suite, including a bedroom, bathroom, hallway, laundry room and walk-in closet. The main floor was renovated to reconfigure the existing layout and add a mudroom, a powder room, a walk-in pantry and an additional entrance on the side of the home. Cosmetic updates to the stunning entry now welcome this family of five in Westfield, NJ.

Ocean Ave
This little beach haven is a laid-back coastal escape tucked into the quiet charm of Cape May Point, NJ. This historic structure was completely reimagined with a thoughtful renovation that preserved its soul while giving it fresh life. A custom kitchen by Stoffer Home Cabinetry sets the tone with rich cabinetry and nostalgic touches, like a retro blue SMEG fridge. Soaring wood-clad ceilings overhead and ocean-hued walls throughout bring a relaxed rhythm to the space. Every corner—from the serene bath with calming blue and green tile to the sun-filled living room—was designed for easy, barefoot living just steps from the shore.
